Arun heads Professional Service Group at Intense Technologies. He was appointed in the year 2017 and has since been successfully leading teams from delivery, operation, support and testing department and effectively managing client relationships across the globe.

Arun comes with a diverse delivery experience of 17+years in delivery, operations and support. His previous work experience includes a rewarding stint at IBM India Pvt Ltd that spans over a decade and half wherein he has successfully led 6+ Programs [~ 25 mills USD] and supported multiple accounts/customers with a team of 200+ resources and partners. He has also worked as Delivery Project Executive with IBM East Africa managing Delivery and Support for a major telecom, Africa Account.

A go-getter, he has delivered immense value to his projects with his innovative, methodological and creative approach. In his career, Arun has been instrumental in defining strategies and solutions around profitable growth.
