It was an exciting event that witnessed the presence of more than 400 employees from across the globe.
The Annual Company Meet, Jashn 2022, was held after a considerable gap of 3 years. The event kicked off with much fervor and the employees were engaged and glued to their seats while listening to the leaders who expressed their views, aspirations, and growth plans for Intense. It was one of the most memorable yet insightful events for all the employees with the senior leaders sharing their vision and plans for Intense. ‘Project Butterfly’, a three-year vision of our leadership emphasizing reimagining and exploring newer avenues in the tech sector was shared by them, making the employees even more motivated towards growth.
The first half included a Keynote address by the management, business presentations, and strategic discussions. Mr. C.K. Shastri, Founder & Managing Director, Intense Technologies addressed the employees and expressed how the ways of living and doing business have witnessed a rampant change in the past two years. He also added that focus and determination to reach goals will help us make the most of this digital disruption. To conclude, he shared his heartfelt gratitude towards all the employees and stakeholders of Intense, and how each one of them is an asset to the company. This inspiring speech from the leader made the audience proud and excited at the same time.
Later during the event, Mr. Jayant, Dwarkanath, Director, Intense Technologies shared his thoughts on the growth of Intense, which is a result of strong culture and beliefs, making Intense what it is today. He beautifully reminisced the way Intense was founded and grown and shared a roadmap to our future accomplishments. Mr. Anil Vengayil, COO, Intense Technologies, in his strategic keynote address emphasized the two major aspects of growth and transformation and inspired the audience to push themselves to accomplish more. He cited innovation as one of the greatest drivers of growth while counting on the future-ready digital technology stack, agile operations, and the employees. His speech left everyone feeling inspired and optimistic about the future.
Ms. Anisha Shastri, Director, of Intense Technologies, too expressed her heartfelt gratitude to all the people, who have helped enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenues by as much as a whopping 50%. “CK Shastri was caught by the enterprise bug and because he was an optimist, he had to be an entrepreneur. That is the spirit that we all need to continue with, a spirit of idealism, curiosity, and confidence,”, she quipped, making way for thunderous applause from the audience.
The second half of the event was a celebration with some team-building activities, followed by a cultural program and the much-awaited Rewards and Recognition. Over the next 3 years and beyond, the company will celebrate its purpose, each other, and the pursuit of excellence. The team will cherish these moments for a new beginning with great zeal.
