Information technology research and advisory firm, Gartner, Inc has cited Intense Technologies in a recent report on Customer Communications Management solutions. Gartner’s reports covered the state of the CCM market insofar as identifying the present, future trends, and those leaders in customer communications and management solutions. The report detailed the maturity of the CCM market and those areas desirable to customers in CCM solutions, giving support to the business model and evolution of Intense Technologies CCM strategies. CCM is a mature market, but one that still sees much innovation — not all of which is coming from the larger vendors. Customers reported that their top reasons for considering a new CCM offering were related to flexibility of the solution in adapting to changing business needs, the need for new functionality that was not supported by an existing tool, and the technical obsolescence of their existing tool.
