He is reputed for managing diverse organizations, incorporating best practices, and encouraging cross-functional team participation.
Mr. Mario Clarence Simon is an M.S. in Information Technology and has also undergone advanced technical training in Singapore. Starting his IT Career at Intense as early as 1999, he presently heads a team of 168 professionals, dedicated to ‘Creating Value Through Innovation’. He plays the lead role in the areas of Development, Quality Assurance and Testing, Project Management, User Experience (GUI), Documentation, R&D, and Architecture Review.
Mr. Prabhakar Racherla holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Management with additional credentials of PMP (Project Management Professional) and a CSM (Certified Scrum Master). With 20 years of experience (18 years at Intense Technologies) all focused on generating measurable business value for our clients through reliable, cost-effective and consistently high-quality services, he leads our global delivery team of 140+ which includes industry endorsed Project/Program managers.
He has received several excellence awards from our clients across the globe and an "Outstanding Leader Award" from Intense in recognition of exemplary dedication towards service delivery.
Hector Garcia leads Intense Technologies, Americas. He has 20+ Years of experience in multiple business verticals with extreme focus on Technology, BFSI, Retail and Telecommunications. Hector has been Chairman of NACM-NTCG and continues to be a speaker at industry events. Always willing to take on large and complex projects, he relies on his strategic, commercial and operational expertise.
Hector is a proven sales, products, marketing, financial and operations executive. His ability to deliver key insights to customers and to understand their needs as they journey through digital transformation are invaluable. As companies look for help in scaling or sustaining in today’s dynamic business shifts, he helps deliver value to both internal and external customers. Shravan Ganjoo, with more than 18 years of experience, is at ease in excelling at any multifaceted role which involves sales, partner relations and solution interfacing including liaising with delivery teams. He believes that digitalization of customer centric business processes is the need of the hour for large enterprises to develop competitive advantage.
In his current role at Intense Technologies he is focused on expanding the ASEAN market with his team and also create a strong global partner organization for developing a strong revenue stream, footprint and visibility. He works closely with System Integrators, Partners and Customers across geographies to enhance the combined value proposition of solutions.
He is responsible for Enterprise Sales, Business Development, Partner Identification, Development and Relationship Management. He was appointed at Intense Technologies in April 2012, and has since been successfully able to penetrate the MEA region. His matchless leadership skills have allowed him to drive and administer his team to successfully generate business in major telecom and banking companies across the region.

Mr. H.M. Nayak has more than 20 years of experience in Finance and Administration, specifically with respect to listed companies. He is a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounts, Finance & Business Organization from Osmania University. He is an expert in giving advice on new businesses, formation of corporations and business structures, drafting privacy policies and structuring commercial transactions.
