Gartner published Intense Technologies as a “Notable Vendor” in their latest Magic Quadrant for Customer Communication Management report.
Gartner talks about the number of CCM installations (90) across Europe, Middle East and South Asia. Further, the report states that Intense’s vertical agnostic CCM solution UniServeTM 360 has prebuilt adapters that connect to multiple billing systems across B2B & B2C segments. The report indicates that UniServeTM 360’s B2B analytics and interactive e-statements will give it a competitive edge over other CCM vendors. Apart from CCM solutions Intense also offers professional services capability for installation and ongoing support, with skills certified by TM Forum.
Gartner says “by 2017, 70% of customer communications will be digitalized, contextualized and consumed on demand via multiple channels, including the Web, mobile devices and social media”. Customer Communications Management software will help enterprises meet these demands.
Gartner stated that this report will help IT leaders to evaluate business technology vendors for CCM solutions.
